If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will reprint at no cost
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery and include photos and your order number
Color tolerance: Minor CMYK color variations may occur between print runs and are not considered defects
Artwork errors such as misspellings or low-resolution files are not covered unless Brand Refill Co provided final proofing
