Shipping policy

• Production (after approval): Print 2–3 business days; Swag 5–10 business days (item/supplier dependent).

• Shipping carriers: UPS/USPS/FedEx with tracking.

• Transit time: Estimated at checkout; carrier delays are outside our control.

• Split shipments: We may ship items separately to meet timelines.

• Address accuracy: You’re responsible for correct addresses; re-ship fees may apply for returns.

• Risk of loss: Transfers when the carrier accepts the package.

• Service area: U.S. only (update here if this changes).
