How do quarterly credits work?
Each quarterly plan includes a set of credits to use during that quarter. Every product shows its credit value,
so you can decide what to order and when—without quotes or guesswork.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is included with quarterly plans. You’ll see everything clearly at checkout and receive tracking when your order ships.
How fast is production and fulfillment?
Most print and merch typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. Some items and larger orders may take longer.
If timing is critical, order earlier in the quarter for peace of mind.
Do I have to order everything at once?
No. The whole point of quarterly is flexibility. Some weeks you order nothing, then you order when you have a push,
an event, new clients, or a new hire.
Can my team place orders?
Right now, the Refill Portal is designed for a single primary login. The Brand Vault keeps everything consistent, so your approved files and templates stay organized in one place. If you need a team workflow, contact us and we will recommend the best setup for your business.
What if I don’t have brand files ready?
You can still start. Upload what you have and we will tell you what is needed for clean print results. If you are missing key files (logo variations, fonts, brand colors, or print-ready layouts), you can add Design Support so we can build or clean up your brand assets and set up your templates in the Brand Vault.
