Quick answers about credits, ordering, and accessing the Brand Refill Co. portal.
Credits
- How do credits work? Your plan includes a set number of credits each quarter. Credits are used to request print, swag, and branded essentials during that quarter.
- Do credits roll over? No. Credits must be used within the quarter they are issued.
Planning tip: If you know you will need materials for an upcoming event or busy season, place your requests earlier in the quarter.
Portal Access
The portal is where you upload brand assets, view credits, and submit refill requests.
- How do I access the portal? After subscribing, you will receive a separate email invitation to the Brand Refill Co. portal. This invitation email is required to sign in.
- How long does it take to receive the invitation email? It may take some time after purchase for your invitation to arrive. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see it, contact hello@brandrefillco.com.
Important: Use the same email at checkout that you want to use for portal access.
Orders
- How do I place an order? Orders are submitted through your portal account after you receive access. If you need help, contact hello@brandrefillco.com.
- Can I cancel anytime? Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at the end of your current billing period.
Shipping
- Where do you ship? We ship nationwide within the United States. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
